SmartFax Conclusion
SmartFax's plan is a good value. There is no activation fee, and for $6.95/month, you get 250 combined pages, lower than average overage rates and the option of a toll free number for no additional cost. SmartFax offers a 30-day free trial, which includes 250 combined minutes. Our experience with their customer support has been mixed. Pre-sales support consists of an automated email response, but if you are a trial user or paying customer, you will have access to their customer support phone number. Phone support was helpful and wait times were short.
