FaxAge offers great pricing and even gives customers who sign up through our website $5 off their first monthly bill. There is a startup fee and no free trial, which does not meet our Market Standard, but the monthly fee is a few bucks cheaper than our Market Standard price for double the number of standard pages. FaxAge’s customer service team is excellent and very friendly.

FaxAge has a monthly fee of $7.95. It has a startup fee of $5, which does not meet our Market Standard of no startup fee. FaxAge does not have any hidden fees. The plan that we reviewed includes 300 incoming and 300 outgoing pages per month, a total of 600 monthly pages. Our Market Standard number of pages is 300 free combined pages. Unlike other services, FaxAge does not offer a free trial.

The online interface is easy to use, but you cannot preview a fax before you send it. You can send from and receive faxes on an unlimited number of email addresses. You can fax an unlimited number of documents at one time, as well as fax to an unlimited number of recipients. FaxAge offers unlimited fax storage at no additional cost, which beats our Market Standard of 30 days of free fax storage.

FaxAge offers local fax numbers in all 48 states as well as Washington D.C. It offers (800), (866), (877), and (888) numbers for free. Phone customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST. Its phone support techs are both accurate and friendly. Email support is also extremely responsive and accurate.

FaxAge does not have a mobile version of its product available at this time.
