RapidFAX Conclusion

At $9.95 per month, RapidFAX's Individual and Small Business Plan is a competitively priced internet fax service option. They offer a 30 day free trial period which includes 300 total pages. Unlike other internet fax services that set an allotted number for incoming and outgoing pages, RapidFax combines the two to give their users more flexibility in how they spend their minutes. They also do not charge a setup fee for their service.

The primary potential drawback to their service is the fact that you can only have the faxes sent to two email addresses. If you have more than two people that you would like to be able to receive faxes directly, you'll need to set up a separate fax email address for RapidFAX and provide access to those people. We also found it difficult to get a hold of their customer service through email, but they were responsive and helpful through the phone (note: The only place you can find their customer service number is on their "help" page). If these downsides don't affect you, RapidFAX is a sound internet fax option.

The feedback we have received from RapidFAX users has been very negative. Many users have complained about lost faxes as well as being billed after canceling.
