  • Online fax storage for 1 year
  • Discount for annual contracts

jConnect Cons

  • High monthly price ($19.95) for number of pages included
  • High overage rates
  • Chat customer service wasn't helpful
  • $10.00 start up fee
  • No outgoing pages in plan
  • No free trial

jConnect Conclusion

jConnect is suited for people who want to use an internet fax service that comes with extra features like voicemail and email-by-phone®. jConnect doesn’t have any hidden fees, but their $19.95 monthly fee for 170 incoming pages and 0 outgoing pages is very high compared to the other internet fax providers we’ve reviewed. We’ve found jConnect’s phone customer service to be knowledgeable and responsive but their chat customer service to be very poor. jConnect doesn’t currently offer a free trial.

In addition to sending and receiving faxes, the jConnect Premier plan allows you to receive voicemail messages in your email and listen to email messages over any phone. Your emails are read to you over the phone by an automated assistant. However, it’s important to note that jConnect charges you a $10 start up fee upon signing up for their service. We haven’t received a lot of visitor feedback about jConnect, but the feedback we have received has been negative. If all you want is an email fax service, there are other providers that offer you more fax pages for less money. However, if you’re interested in an internet fax service bundled with voicemail and other features, jConnect may be a good fit for you.
