FaxAge Conclusion
FaxAge has great pricing, gives customers who sign up through our link $5 off their first monthly bill, and has excellent customer service. There is a start up fee and no free trial, which does not meet our Market Standard, but their monthly fee is a few bucks less than our Market Standard price for double the Market Standard number of pages. FaxAge's customer service is excellent and very friendly.
FaxAge has a monthly fee of $7.95. They have a start-up fee of $5, which does not meet our Market Standard of no start-up fee. However, they do give people who sign up through our link $5 off their first monthly bill. They do not have any hidden fees. The plan that we reviewed includes 300 free incoming pages and 300 free outgoing pages per month. Our Market Standard number of pages is 300 free combined pages, so FaxAge's plan well exceeds the standard. They do not offer a free trial.
The online interface is easy to use. You can fax an unlimited number of documents at once, as well as fax to an unlimited number of recipients at once. But, you cannot preview a fax before you send it. They offer unlimited fax storage, which is far more than our Market Standard of 30 days. You can send from and receive faxes at an unlimited number of email addresses.
FaxAge offers local fax numbers in 31 states as well as Washington D.C. They offer (800), (866), (877), and (888) numbers for free. Phone customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST. Their phone support is both accurate and friendly. Their email support is also extremely responsive and accurate.
