Pros
- No start up fee
- $7.99 monthly fee
- 300 pages included in plan
- Unlimited users in plan
- 24/7 Customer Service
- $0.07 per overage pages
Cons
- This is an old version of what is now RingCentral
Conclusion
This is an old version of what is now RingCentral. The good side is that you get RingCentral's 24/7 Customer Service and you get the old pricing, which is lower than RingCentral. The bad side is that this system was replaced in order to improve the interface and technology. The quality of the product is commensurate with the reduced cost. eXtremeFax offers a 7 day free trial that includes 30 combined pages. This is a good option for a value conscious customer.

First of all let me say how great the FaxCompare site is because they helped me out immensely initially.
I might have cancelled otherwise. I could never figure out their fee schedule even though FaxCompare helped me see that it is not that complicated.
It is $7.99 for 300 Minutes NOT pages. It often takes more than a minute per page, but that is fine with me because I don't use that many faxes a month.
The reason I emailed FaxCompare is because eXtremeFax kept saying I needed to email between these certain lines that they sent and it never worked!! I kept getting the same message. I do not know how you make an email so complicated. However, when I called they were very good on the phone and the wait time was quite short even though the call was to the Philippines. They were well informed and I called them several times. Unfortunately I had to call about five times and fax an authorization page to get my international fax turned on but it works fine and I am happy to have it!
