SRFax Conclusion

SRFax is a very good option who need HIPAA compliance and value quality customer service. They are also one of the few companies willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement for professionals that need to address privacy concerns. At $16.05 per month for 500 free incoming and outgoing pages, SRFax is a great value from a price perspective. SRFax has knowledgeable customer support, but no longer offers a free trial.

SRFax’s monthly fee $16.05 with no start-up fee, and no hidden fees. This includes 500 combined incoming and outgoing pages. That surpasses our Market Standard of 300 combined pages. They do not currently offer a free trial.

Faxing with SRFax is very easy. You pick the contacts you would like to send to, fill out the cover page and then attach the documents. You can send five documents at a time through SRFax, and you can send to a maximum number of 50 recipients. They do not offer a preview of a fax before you send, nor do they offer eSigning or mobile apps. Unlimited online fax storage is free for an unlimited number of faxes. This is a lot more than the Market Standard of 30 days of free fax storage. You can also send faxes from nine email addresses and add an unlimited number of email addresses to receive faxes.

SRFax offers local numbers for about 48 US states, Washington D.C., plus 41 cities in Canada. They also offer (844), (855), (866), (877), and (888) toll-free numbers for no extra fee. SRFax’s phone support hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. They have above average phone support quality with extensive information on any question you may have about the service.
