ClickFax Conclusion

There are many other online fax services that are more comprehensive with better customer service than ClickFax. It gives you only 50 combined pages per month for $9.95, which is roughly 17% of the standard 300 combined pages. Its customer support was extremely poor when we tested the service, and support reps never answered any of our emails.

ClickFax has a monthly fee of $9.95 as well as a startup fee of $9.95, which doesn’t meet our Market Standard of no startup fee. It does not have any hidden fees. The plan we reviewed includes 50 free combined (incoming and outgoing) pages per month. This is much fewer than our Market Standard of 300 combined pages per month. ClickFax does not provide a free trial, although they do have a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

ClickFax has no online interface; you must download its software, which we could not get to work after several attempts. You cannot preview your fax before you send it. You can fax an unlimited number of documents at one time, as well as send and receive faxes using 20 different email addresses. We contacted the company to find out how many recipients you could fax at one time, but were unable to get any response. You can store your faxes online for 30 days for free, which meet our Market Standard.

ClickFax offers local fax numbers in 30 states. It also offers (800), (866), (877), and (888) numbers for an additional $1 per month. It does not offer phone customer support. We had several people attempt to contact ClickFax’s email support but the messages went unanswered, essentially rendering customer support non-existent.

ClickFax does not have accompanying mobile version of its product.
