SRFax Conclusion

SRFax offers many of the same amenities that most providers offer at a competitive monthly price. If the amount of pages is not enough for you and your business, SRFax does offer several different upgraded plans that give you a larger number of free pages to use per month. We did not find any start-up fees or hidden fees associated with this provider or their service. SRFax offers a 30-day free trial, which includes unlimited incoming faxes and up to 20 outgoing faxes per day. They do offer a toll-free or local number with this plan, but you can only choose a local number from list of 30 United States cities or 24 Canadian cities. Some of the 30 U.S. cities SRFax has fax numbers available in are: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Long Beach, Miami, New York, Newark, and Seattle. It is probably more safe to choose a toll-free number if you do not live in one of these select cities.

In terms of customer service, they have a helpline available 24/7 and a very thorough FAQ section located on their website. They also have a very descriptive step-by-step click-through demonstration located on their website which details how to both send and receive internet faxes. SRFax also offers up to one year storage on all faxes both sent and received. They also offer a "Fax Numbers Blocked" service so that you do not get charged for any unwanted faxes.
