SRFax Conclusion
SRFax is a good option for people who need a toll-free fax number. Local numbers are available but are limited to about 65 U.S. cities and 40 Canadian cities. At $9.95 per month for 500 free incoming and outgoing pages, SRFax is a great value. SRFax has really knowledgeable customer support and offers a 60 day free trial.
SRFax's monthly fee is $9.95 with no start-up fee, and no hidden fees. This includes 500 combined incoming and outgoing pages. This is significantly higher than our Market Standard of 300 combined pages. They also have a 60-day free trial.
Faxing with SRFax is very easy. You pick the contacts you would like to send to, fill out the cover page and then attach the documents. You can send five documents at a time through SRFax, and you can send to a maximum number of 50 recipients. They do not offer a preview of a fax before you send. Online fax storage is free for a year for an unlimited number of faxes. This is a lot more than the Market Standard of 30 days of free fax storage. You can also send faxes from nine email addresses and add an unlimited number of email addresses to receive faxes.
SRFax only offers local numbers for about 65 U.S. cities in 13 states, plus 40 cities in Canada. They also offer (866), (877), and (888) toll-free numbers for no extra fee. SRFax's phone support hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. They have above average phone support quality with extensive information on any question you may have about the service.
