Send2Fax gives you 50 more pages than the Market Standard at a slightly higher price than the Market Standard. We found phone support to be fairly knowledgeable, but emails took days to get a response. Send2Fax offers a 30-day trial for you to test out their faxing service.
Send2Fax's monthly fee is $12.95 with no start-up fee. Send2Fax combines the pages in their plan and allots 350 free pages per month, which is more than the Market Standard of 300 pages. Plus, Send2Fax offers a free trial for 30 days.
Faxing with Send2Fax is very simple. There is one page where you enter the fax number, attach documents and fill out the cover page. You can send up to five documents at one time through Send2Fax, but you can only send to one recipient at a time. They do not offer a preview of a fax before you send. Online fax storage with Send2Fax is free for 30 days until they start charging you to store your faxes, as mentioned above. This meets the Market Standard of 30 days of free fax storage, but since they charge per fax per month, this is a higher cost than the Market Standard. You can also send faxes from two email addresses, but you can set five email addresses to receive faxes.
Send2Fax has local numbers in 24 states and DC, plus (866) toll-free numbers for no extra fee. Send2Fax's phone support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. They have average overall customer support that seemed fairly knowledgeable, but they took days to respond to our emails when we contacted them.
