Send2Fax gives you 50 more pages than the Market Standard of 300 combined pages at a price that's slightly higher than standard. We found phone support techs to be fairly knowledgeable, but email support is slow to respond.
Send2Fax's monthly fee is $12.95 with no startup fee. Send2Fax allots 350 combined pages per month, which is more than the Market Standard of 300 pages. Plus, Send2Fax offers a free trial for 30 days.
Faxing with Send2Fax is very simple. There is one page where you enter the fax number, attach documents and fill out the cover page. It does not offer a preview of a fax before you send. You can send up to five documents at one time, but you can fax only one recipient at a time. Send2Fax lets you send faxes from two email addresses and receive faxes on up to five email addresses. Online fax storage with Send2Fax is free for the Market Standard of 30 days, after which you will be charged to store your faxes.
Send2Fax has local numbers in 24 states and DC, plus (866) toll-free numbers for no extra fee. Send2Fax's phone support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Send2Fax's phone support reps seem fairly knowledgeable, but it took days to respond to our emails when we contacted them.
