Send2Fax Conclusion
Send2Fax gives you half the combined pages of the market standard at a slightly cheaper price. Send2Fax combines incoming and outgoing pages, but the total pages you get for $8.95 (150 pages) is half market standard. The faxing interface is simple and easy to use, and our faxes were sent and received quickly. For questions, you are compelled to use the ticket system when you are in the interface. The phone support number is difficult to locate on the website and forces you to leave the faxing interface to find it. (It is located here: http://www.send2fax.com/index.jsp?isft=y). But, we found phone support to be quick, helpful and knowledgeable. Send2Fax offers a 30 day trial to test out their faxing service. This trial can be accessed by searching for Send2Fax on Google and clicking the featured link, or by clicking this link: http://www.send2fax.com/index.jsp?isft=y and clicking Start Faxing Free.
Send2Fax's Cons outweigh the Pros. Two downsides are that they give you only 2 users with your plan and that overage fees exceed market standard. You do get 30 days of free online storage for your practice, which is market standard, but they charge you a fee if your faxes aren't deleted after 30 days. You have to go into your Settings to make sure that you select “Automatically delete faxes" and type in “30 days." Overall, Send2Fax offers a slightly cheaper plan than other providers, but for a couple of dollars more you could get more fax pages and longer storage.
