OneSuite has a very low monthly fee that includes unlimited incoming pages but no outgoing pages. OneSuite's sending rates are very low, but you must download software in order to send faxes. Their customer support is knowledgeable about their product. OneSuite offers a 30-day free trial.
OneSuite has a monthly fee of $2.95. They don't have a start up fee, but you must pay a $10 starting balance that goes towards paying for future outgoing faxes before being able to use the service. They have no hidden fees. The plan that we reviewed offers an unlimited number of free incoming pages per month, but no free outgoing pages per month. This falls short of our Market Standard of 300 free combined pages per month but is useful if you plan on only receiving faxes. Outgoing faxes will incur overage fees. OneSuite offers a 30-day free trial after you pay the $10 starting balance.
The online interface is fairly easy to use, requiring you to fill in four fields and add attachments. You can fax up to 100 pages at once, and you can send to an unlimited number of recipients at once. OneSuite allows you to preview your fax before you send it. They offer 90-day online fax storage, which is more than our Market Standard of 30 days. You can send from and receive faxes using five different email addresses.
OneSuite offers local fax numbers in 36 different states. They do not offer (800) numbers, but do offer (866), and (877) numbers for an additional $2.95 per month. Phone customer support is available 24/7 and was knowledgeable when we contacted them.
