OneSuite’s Fax Plus plan has a very low monthly fee and includes unlimited incoming pages, but it doesn’t include outgoing pages. OneSuite’s sending rates are very low, but you must pay a $10 starting balance before you can begin faxing. Their customer support staff is knowledgeable about the service.
OneSuite has a monthly fee of $2.95. They don’t have a startup fee, but you must pay a $10 starting balance that goes towards paying for future outgoing faxes before being able to use the service. There are no hidden fees. The plan that we reviewed offers an unlimited number of incoming pages per month, but no outgoing pages per month. This falls short of our Market Standard of 300 free combined pages per month but is useful if you plan on receiving faxes only. Outgoing faxes will incur overage fees. OneSuite offers a 30-day free trial after you pay the $10 starting balance.
The online interface is fairly easy to use, requiring you to fill in four fields and your attachments. You can fax up to 100 pages at one time, and you can send to an unlimited number of recipients. OneSuite allows you to preview your fax before you send it. You can send and receive faxes using five different email addresses.
