OneSuite Conclusion
OneSuite's includes unlimited incoming faxes and the ability to send outgoing faxes for an ultra-low monthly price. If you only want to receive incoming pages, they have another plan you can sign up for that only costs $1 per month. Toll-free numbers cost an extra $2.95/month and faxing to toll free numbers costs 2.5c per minute. Additional drawbacks included paying a $10 starting balance and having to download software to send faxes.
For being such an inexpensive plan, we were actually surprised with the quality of OneSuite's service. Faxes were sent and received quickly, and we didn't encounter any problems. Onesuite is constantly trying to improve their offering and recently added the ability to fax to toll free numbers for 2.5c per minute. It is important to note that if you’re going to send a large volume of faxes and value for your money matters most to you, then you would be better off going with a different provider.
