Plan Reviewed: Local
Pros
- No start up fee
- Unlimited incoming pages
- Unlimited outgoing pages
- Unlimited users in plan
Cons
- Customer service is through an overseas call center
- Customer service is not available 24/7
Conclusion
OneFax's poor customer service outweighs any pros of its local plan. Hold times are very long and customer service reps do not speak English as their first language. Although this is the most economic plan in our survey, we highly recommend investing an additional dollar per month to choose an internet fax service with helpful customer service.

Great fax, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired
I tried to cancel service, but I was charged anyway. I tried to get a refund, and after a week of fighting with them to reverse the charge, I had to have the bank dispute the charge. I am now having to seek legal council to deal with bank fees related to these idiots. Great faxing, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All reps did speak
English and were here in the U.S. - just poor people skills.
