GreenFax's monthly price of $12.95 is slightly more expensive than our Market Standard of $10 per month. GreenFax's customer support is knowledgeable. GreenFax unfortunately does not offer a free trial to test their service.
GreenFax has a monthly fee of $12.95. The do not have a start-up fee or hidden fees. The plan we reviewed included 250 free incoming pages per month and 100 free outgoing pages per month. This slightly exceeds our Market Standard of 300 free combined pages per month. GreenFax does not offer a free trial.
With GreenFax, you can fax up to nine documents at once. The max number of recipients that you can fax to at once depends on your email provider's capabilities. You cannot preview your fax before you send. Greenfax does allow you to store faxes for an unlimited amount of time online, which far exceeds our Market Standard of 30 days. You can send to and receive faxes using five different email addresses.
Greenfax offers local fax numbers in 31 states along with Washington D.C. They do not offer (800) numbers, but do offer (866) and (877) numbers on a different plan that costs $12.95 per month and only has 50 free incoming pages and 100 free outgoing pages per month. Phone customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Their customer support is quite knowledgeable.
