FaxSer Conclusion

FaxSer's Best Deal plan is nearly in line with our Market Standard. However, FaxSer only has local fax numbers available in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. FaxSer gives you 125 free incoming and 125 free outgoing pages per month compared to our Market Standard of 300 free combined pages per month, but is still a relatively good value. Their customer support was knowledgeable but not very friendly. FaxSer has a 30-day free trial.

FaxSer has a monthly fee of $9.95. They have no start-up fee or hidden fees. The plan that we reviewed includes 125 free outgoing pages and 125 free incoming pages per month. This is fewer than our Market Standard of 300 free combined pages per month. They offer a 30-day free trial.

The online interface is easy to use, as it only requires one click and one field to be filled out. You can fax up to four documents at once. You can either send faxes to one recipient at a time or to an unlimited number at a time with what is called a “broadcast group.” You are unable to preview your fax before it is sent out. FaxSer offers online fax storage for one year, which is more than our Market Standard of 30 days. You can send to and receive faxes using five different email addresses.

FaxSer offers local fax numbers in three states: Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. They offer (800), (866), (877), and (888) numbers for an additional $3 per month. Phone customer support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Their customer support is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions correctly.
