FaxItFast is a good online fax service at a good price. For $10/ month, you get 500 combined pages with lower than average overage rates. FaxItFast doesn't offer phone customer support, but their email customer support was extremely helpful. FaxItFast offers a 30-day free trial.

FaxItFast has a monthly fee of $10. They have no start-up or hidden fees. The plan we reviewed included 500 free combined (incoming and outgoing) pages per month, which is more than our Market Standard of 300 combined pages. They also have a 30-day free trial.

It is very easy to send a fax in FaxItFast's online interface, as the entire process only uses one page and you only have to fill out three fields. You can fax up to 10 documents at once to as many as 50 recipients. However, you cannot preview a fax before you send it. They offer one year of free online fax storage, which exceeds our Market Standard of 30 days. You can send faxes from five email addresses and can receive faxes from 100 email addresses.

FaxItFast offers local numbers in 48 states. They do not offer (800) numbers, but they do offer (866), (877) and (888) numbers for free. They do not offer phone support, but we found their email support to be extremely helpful and informative.
