FaxBetter is very competitively priced but falls short by only offering toll-free fax numbers and only allowing one email address to send and receive faxes. If you go over your allotted number of monthly pages, FaxBetter charges you in 250 page increments. FaxBetter only has email customer support, but it was sufficient when we tested it. FaxBetter doesn't offer a free trial but offers a free account with extreme limitations (you can receive but not send faxes, and you must receive a fax every 7 days or your account expires).

FaxBetter charges $9.95 per month with no start-up fees or hidden fees. With your monthly subscription, you are given 500 combined pages, which is more than the Market Standard of 300 combined pages. FaxBetter does not offer a free trial period.

With FaxBetter, you can fax an unlimited number of documents at once. However, you can only send faxes to one recipient at a time. They do not offer a preview of a fax before you send. They offer unlimited online fax storage, which is well above the Market Standard of 30 days of free fax storage. You can send and receive faxes from one email address with FaxBetter.

FaxBetter does not offer local numbers for any states. They also do not offer (800) numbers. However, they do offer (866), (877), and (888) numbers for free. FaxBetter does not offer phone support. We found the overall quality of their customer support to be average.
