There are many other online fax services that are more comprehensive with better customer service. ClickFax only gives you 50 combined pages per month for $9.95, which is roughly 17% of our Market Standard of 300 combined pages. Their customer support was extremely poor, and they never answered any of our emails. ClickFax has a 15-day free trial, but it only comes with three outgoing faxes.

ClickFax has a monthly fee of $9.95. They also have a start-up fee of $9.95 which doesn’t meet our Market Standard of no start-up fee. They do not have any hidden fees. The plan we reviewed included 50 free combined incoming and outgoing pages per month. This is fewer than our Market Standard of 300 combined pages per month. They offer a 15-day free trial.

ClickFax does not have an online interface. You must download their software, which we could not get to work after several attempts. You can fax an unlimited number of documents at once. When contacting the company to find out how many recipients you could fax at one time, we were unable to get any response. You cannot preview your fax before you send it. You can store your faxes online for 30 days, which is within our Market Standard. You can send from and receive faxes using 20 different email addresses.

ClickFax offers local fax numbers in 30 states. They also offer (800), (866), (877), and (888) numbers for an additional $1 per month. They do not offer phone customer support. We had several people attempt to contact their email support, but their emails were unanswered, thus rendering the customer support non-existent.
